What is the best home brew beer recipe? I have recently started making my own beer at home and I have yet to find a recipe that I really like. Do you have any suggestions for finding a good recipe, or website which sells them? I typically like lagers (but they are tough to brew at home due to the temperature requeirements). An ale would be suitable.

I brew beer so I am after the affects of Air and CO2? When the beer is fermenting CO2 is given off and protects the beer from oxydizing. My question is to a chemical engineer. If I introduce into a container 50% air and 50% CO2 would the CO2 sink to the bottom or would air/oxygen come in contact with the bottom of the container.
